Even though I live in the US, I was still ecstatic as anyone
in the UK about Zoella’s Beauty launch. Zoe Sugg, if you don’t already know, is
a beauty/lifestyle Youtuber, blogger, and all around wonderful girl. She
recently designed a line of her own body care products that look and smell just
like everything I imagined Zoe to create. After seeing videos and photos from
Zoe’s launch party, I anxiously waited to see if I would be able to get my
hands on it across the pond. I found out they were available on FeelUnique.com
(it ships to the US as well as the UK). I ordered myself the body lotion and
shower gel, as I knew I would get the most use out of these products. After
impatiently waiting 10 days, these little lovelies arrived at my doorstep and
I’ve fallen in love with them ever since.
Along with the other products, the Creamy, Madly, Deeply body lotion features an off-white background
covered in little red polka dots. The packaging is super cute and super girly
(just like Zoe) and the lotion smells oh-so-amazing. I love using it on my hands;
the scent of the lotion is what seals the deal for me. I muddled over the scent
for a few days when suddenly one night it hit me. This lotion smells almost
exactly like Chanel Chance Tendre perfume, which I love. I’ll
have to make it last in case I am not able to buy it again in the future.
When it comes to picking my favorite body care item, I
gravitate towards shower gels more than anything. I am absolutely willing to
spend more money for a body wash I really like. A creamier formula than my
usual shower gels, this one smells just as lovely and feminine as the lotion. I tried it out on my loofa, using maybe a
quarter size around the top, and lathered up. I like a lot of soapy, bubbly
goodness and this body wash had it. The scent layered perfectly with the lotion
after my shower, which made me love Zoe’s products even more.
